(Making a Difference Behavioural Change Workshop)
In June and July 2008, Smart Objectives delivered a series of “Making a Difference” Awareness Day workshops with contractors from Network Rail’s Track Renewal Team. These workshops from part of Network Rail’s strategy for improving the behaviours of track workers on site.
The workshops are lively and engaging. During these sessions, we facilitate delegates to explore the causes of track side accidents, discover how the mind works, and how to influence attitudes and behaviours.
